Our cabinets are shipped by motor freight. Currently, this is the most
economical method of shipment. Drivers are only required to deliver the
shipment to your address. Each delivery situation is different, but as a
rule, don't expect much help from the drivers. (However, they have been
known to accept a gratuity for special services). To be safe, our advice
is to have someone besides yourself to receive the shipment.

A delivery time will be confirmed with you by the freight company. Payment
for freight charges will be due upon delivery or by prior credit card
arrangements with the freight company. We do not collect or charge for
freight charges.

If you do not have any available help you can normally order a “lift-gate”
truck when you schedule your delivery . It’s a truck equipped to lower the
shipment off the truck. A small dolly or handtruck is all that is needed
to move the crates once on the ground.

If you have relationships with certain carriers we will be happy to ship
via the carrier of your choice.
